These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of VideoTouch AI (the "Service"), operated by MJ Professional Solutions, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including the creation, generation, or distribution of pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult material.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, defraud, or otherwise harm any individual or group.
• Send spam, conduct scams, phishing, or distribute misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent communications.
• Upload, generate, or share content that infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful.
• Develop, distribute, or transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems, or engage in scraping, probing, penetration testing, or other forms of disruption.
• Promote or facilitate illegal products, unlawful services, or deceptive financial or business opportunities.
• Interfere with or compromise the security, stability, performance, or integrity of the Service or its users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service.

5. AI features

The Service includes AI-generated outputs. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, chargebacks, billing, tax compliance, and invoicing. Paddle's name (or "PADDLE.NET*") will appear on your bank or card statement for purchases made through this Service. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MJ Professional Solutions, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
