Thank you for purchasing a Product from VideoTouch AI, operated by MJ Professional Solutions, LLC. Payments, billing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction-level customer support are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Charges may appear on your bank statement as LINK.COM* followed by our descriptor.
This Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund and how to request one. It applies to Transactions completed by both consumers and businesses. If your local consumer protection laws grant you stronger rights, those rights apply and override anything in this Policy. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
1.1. Unless required by applicable law, all Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
1.2. We may issue refunds on a discretionary basis (see section 6) or where you exercise an applicable statutory right (see section 2).
1.3. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
1.4. This Policy does not affect consumer rights for Products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose (see section 4).
1.5. If you receive a refund, access to the relevant Product will cease.
2.1. Where local consumer law grants unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply.
2.2.1. Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from some digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund.
2.2.2. The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a Subscription contract. It does not apply to subsequent Subscription payments. If a Subscription includes a free trial, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw after the trial ends.
2.2.3. The right to withdraw does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used after you expressly consented to waive your withdrawal rights.

3.1. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details (the email used at checkout and approximate purchase date).
3.2. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
3.3. If a Transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you experience a persistent technical issue or material defect that prevents you from using the Product as described, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Where there is a verified defect, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5.1. Please contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly.
5.2. If you initiate a chargeback, access to the relevant Product may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed by Stripe.
5.3. This does not affect your lawful rights under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
6.1. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the Transaction date. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
6.2. Requests are reviewed case-by-case considering factors including the nature of the Product, reason for the request, and usage.
7.1. Add-ons linked to a Subscription expire when the Subscription ends, unless otherwise stated.
7.2. Refund eligibility for add-ons follows the same criteria as the main Transaction.
The version in effect at the time of your Transaction governs that transaction. We recommend saving a copy for your records.
